Please note that my preferred means of communication is via email.  A phone call may seem easier but there is always a lot of information passing back and forth when discussing a custom order.  By using email, I know that I have supplied YOU with all of the information that I need and that I have an accurate record of plans discussed and accurate details like measurements, design alterations etc. 

These are vital pieces of information that I need to be able to refer back to when working on your designs.

Emailing may seem more difficult than a phone call, but it helps prevent details from getting lost.
