Information effective Sept. 2022

If you are considering a custom order, here is some information to take note of.

Payment date = order of priority.   

 

  PLEASE NOTE:  ALL PRICES ARE IN US FUNDS

I offer custom orders of specific designs as well as one-of-a-kind designs created by artist/client collaboration. You can find the specific designs on my website www.sinterventionthreads.com

 as well as many examples of past designs on Instagram @sinterventionthreads or in my Facebook photos section

You may show me photos of other ideas you may have but I do not copy other designers work.  

When an order of Stock designs is placed, payment in complete must be made.  Those orders are on a first come first served basis and CAN take priority over "Artist/client collaborations" that require more planning or gathering of supplies.   

*All prices of Stock designs are based on an hourly rate of construction time plus the cost of the product.  Any major alterations to these designs may be subject to a fee.  

 

"Artist/Client collaborative" Custom orders may be subject to a non-refundable deposit if a complete price cannot be determined at the time of order. (deposit will cover the cost of supplies purchased and design time involved in planning the order should the client decide to forgo the order after the process has started)  A complete price will be determined prior to your order whenever possible. 

The deposit will be applied to the balance owing on the custom order on completion

All clients will be required to make a deposit to secure a custom order and your place on the list when a final price cannot be determined at the time of order.  Please note that ALL designs including client/artist collaborations are the sole artistic property of  Sintervention Threads and may be reproduced by the artist at any time. 

Rush orders

Depending on the volume of custom orders at the time I may be able to provide rush service ...fees may apply.

 

Garment 'blanks' 

You may send me your own garments to work on and will receive a credit towards the cost of the design.  Garment must be in workable condition.  I reserve the right to refuse any garment that I feel will not be appropriate or hold up well to the custom treatment.   

 

**Please note: 
Artist/Client collaborations are subject to the artist's interpretation of the client's ideas. 

Please be as clear as possible regarding your ideas during the initial design phase.

The artist also reserves the right to make decisions regarding the aspects of the design during the process to make sure the final product is a reflection of their quality and style. 

Once a custom order is complete...any changes to the design aspect are very limited. Any revisions may be subject to a fee.

 

*** Excessive communication takes me away from the actual physical work on your garment so please keep the communication as clear and concise as possible. Any excess communication/revisions/changes in design may be subject to a fee. Thank you in advance for your understanding!  

 

Sizing information

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on custom orders so please be careful when measuring.
